[musictlk] tuning a piano

Hi all:
Like I've  said previously,
 I am a classical pianist by training,
and despite the fact that I'm exploring midi and digital music I still use my piano for my main compositions and practice.
My question is this:
I tend to tune my piano every once in a while,
but I notice there's always a handful of keys that get out of tune before the others
and I wish to be able to fix these problems myself,
leaving the option to hire a tuner when I really need it.
So,
how can I go about fixing minor untuning?

My piano is a babygrand.
