[musictlk] sonar studio Vs. Producer

Hi all:
OK, so I made the decision to go for Sonar finally as my new recording program.
My question is this: I was looking at dancingdots.com and saw that there's a "studio" version for $199 and a producer for $699.

What is the major difference?

I'm going to be doing mostly midi and live instrumentation, along with voice recording.
Do I really need producer or is Studio enough?
