    I use the website

http://www.youtube-mp3.org

It is very accessible and works very well. Copy the Youtube URL onto your 
clipboard, paste it into the edit box and click on "Convert video". Once you 
get the message "Video successfully converted", click on the "download" 
button and save it where you wish.
