What about a quarter not D with a sixth interval sign followed with dots
2356? Does that mean that this chord should be repeated?

That would be g quarter note fourth interval, f eight note fourth
interval. If it's in the right hand, you play g and d below it
together and then f and c below it. If it's in the left hand, you
play g and c above it together, then f and b above it together.
