you could try reaper. not sure how good it will work with jaws. i'm a mac user but i know it's cross platform.
that's an option.
another option is mixcraft however again, not sure if it will work with jaws either. sadly it's not cross platform and is only for windows.
another is sonar that however, is a program that you have to pay for but, as far as i know it's jaws friendly.
