[musictlk] help with music

So I just downloaded this file today from a site.  Does it show 
up as braille music? At all?

I have some other questions too.
Where can I get free music to download, that I can actually read 
once embossed?
For transposing music, is it a half step up from piano to 
clarinet, or is it a full step?
If it is a full step, I tried it with a concert b-flat scale and 
the  f-sharp on on clarinet matches the e on piano, shouldn't it 
be an f natural?
