Subject: [musictlk] introducing myself

Hello all.  My name is Leslie Hamric and I am new to the list.  Some of you
may have known me as Leslie Kouzes a while back.  I have degrees in cello
performance and a background in music therapy.  In addition to cello, my
other instruments are piano and voice.  I received my Master's degree from
Eastman School of Music in 2002 and my Bachelor's degree from Northern
Illinois University in 1999.  I completed coursework in music therapy in
2003 but after getting a month into the internship, I decided that was not
the career field for me.  Rather, I feel more comfortable teaching and
performing music instead of using it as a therapeutic tool.  I look forward
to participating in discussions on the list.
