Here are a few I would use.  A lot are from my girl scout days.

Boom Chicka Boom,
The other day I saw a Bear,
Sipping Cider (same tune).
99 bottles of Beer/Coke/Milk on the Wall (always entertaining).
Dem Bones,
Big Yellow Taxi by Joni Mitchell,
An Austrian Went Yodling
Rainbow Connection,
Down by the Riverside,
Beatles Songs (I Wanna Hold Your Hand, Yellow Submarine, etc).
Fried Ham.
Some of these are definitely more kiddish, but might be fun for adults
as well depending on how adult the group is.  E.G, I still don't mind
singing Fried Ham at 20, but I don't know if a 40-something would get
as much of a kick out of it.  ,
