i’m a guitarist. 
 i’m blind. 
 enjoy my instrumental piece called, song from the heart.

 also, once you learn the basics, you can then move on to various ideas topics and techniques. it will be a hard instrument to learn at first but while worth the time, pain, and energy. 
you can also privately email me should you have questions. i teach guitar from time to time and no, i do not teach theory. i teach a hands on approach and i teach you what it is you are interested in without the theory. i believe as you play, the theory will come to you. you’ll want to learn why a miner always sounds good with e major for example. theory will come to you in time. i do not believe that it should be forced on a newcomer to the instrument. it would be like if i convinced you that jesus was the proper path to salvation and then i threw on top of that, the requirements of following christ. it would dismay you and make you not want to follow that path. same with an instrument.
