  HI guys
Gerardo from Mexico; neither a musician nor a student of music, but
rather as a hobby, thus I hope I can get info on here, and why not,
maybe gather your experiences!
My story is this: I used to be a piano student, almost ten years,
reaching an advanced playing level, with songs like Beethoven's
Moonlight Sonata, Schubert's Ave María among others, however because of
moving and other circumstances out of my control, I had to leave piano
lessons, the piano is in storage, but have access to a Yamaha keyboard,
and would like to take again the art of playing: for this, I've
downloaded several of Bill Brown's Audiotutorials, and wonder from your
experiences, would it be wise to start from the beginning, the Intro to
the piano, or start from any song and take it from there? What's even
worse? because I only learned by ear, I sit at a piano or keyboard, and
get very frustrated! IN my mind I hear the song, but I can't remember
the finger movements/positions!
Thanks for ideas, and again, really looking forward to sharing experiences!
