Hi,

Here is the file I was talking about.  It might sound confusing 
to some.  But it is the Circle of Fifths.  The numbers on the 
side indicate a new measure.

This doesn't make sense to me.  Since we don't have a copy of the
document you refer to, it's impossible for us to help you with 
the
reading of said document.

The circle of fifths is as follows:

The keys are, going up for the sharps: C, G, D, A, E, B, F-Sharp, 
C-Sharp.

Going down for the flats: C, F, B-Flat, E-Flat, A-Flat, D-Flat,
G-Flat, C-Flat.

The C scale is as you said.
The G scale is G, A, B, C, D, E, F-Sharp, G.
The D scale is D, E, F-Sharp, G, A, B, C-Sharp, D.
The A scale is A, B, C-Sharp, D, E, F-Sharp, G-Sharp, A.
The E scale is E, F-Sharp, G-Sharp, A, B, C-Sharp, D-Sharp, E.
The B scale is B, C-Sharp, D-Sharp, E, F-Sharp, G-Sharp, A-Sharp, 
B.
The F-Sharp scale is F-Sharp, G-Sharp, A-sharp, B, C-Sharp, 
D-Sharp,
E-Sharp, F-Sharp.
The C-Sharp scale is C-Sharp, D-Sharp, E-Sharp, F-Sharp, G-Sharp,
A-Sharp, B-Sharp, C-Sharp.

The F scale is F, G, A, B-Flat, C, D, E, F.
The B-Flat scale is B-Flat, C, D, E-Flat, F, G, A, B-Flat.
The  E-Flat scale is E-Flat, F, G, A-Flat, B-Flat, C, D, E-Flat.
The A-Flat scale is a-Flat, B-Flat, C, D-Flat, E-Flat, F, G,
