[musictlk] burning cd's using jaws

Hello,
I know this isn't exactly related to musicians, but I could use 
some help.  I am going to camp in a couple weeks and they have a 
talent show every year.  I was going to play something on the 
piano, but I'm running out of time for that.  Therefore, someone 
suggested I record a track and just sing to that.  However, at 
the camp laptops are not allowed and neither are digital voice 
recorders.  Therefore, the only way I can think of to do this is 
to burn the track(s) to a CD.  However, as good as I am on the 
computer, this is one area where I am definitely not sure what 
I'm doing.  I have itunes because I have an ipod, but I think I 
also have windows media player.  I use JAWS 15.0 whatever the 
latest release is.  Could someone therefore explain the steps I 
should take to burn a CD in both itunes and windows media player? 
I think I'll only have to put one or two tracks on it.  The file 
that's in windows media player is not in a library, but it's 
stored in my downloads folder.  Can I browse that folder in 
windows media player or do I have to move the file somewhere 
else? I'm using itunes 11.0 if that helps on a windows 7 machine.  
Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.
