[musictlk] question

I have been singing since I was six years old. I still have a problem of
shaking hands at times. when I do solos, I , if at all possible stand next
to the piano or a podium. this gives me something to hold on to so that I
don't start wandering.

I have sung solos in some major works such as
Elijia, and "
Carmina Berana. With Carmina Berana, I had a cheet sheet or should I say a
cheet notebook because the words are in latton and german and there was so
much to sing.

Normally, when I do solo work, I do it from memory.

Rob,

What is your solution for stage fright...? I have good vocal skills and
control, but when singing a solo, have some issues with shaking hands and
feet. What have you found that keeps that from happening, or at least,
keeps it under control?
Anyone can answer this as well.
Anne
