Alyssa,

	I currently use a Boss TU-80 that chirps when the correct pitch is
achieved. Does Talking Tuner do this?

Talking tuner is pretty good. So is tuner plus. What functionality do you
want exactly? If you want something that tells you how much to adjust go for
talking tuner. If you're just looking for something to give you reference
notes, get tuner plus. It also has notes for violin, viola, cello, banjo,
and. Few more. Hope this helps.
