Talking Tuner doesn't chirp, but it gives voice feedback whenever one strums
a note. For example, it may say "half step flat" or "whole step sharp." It
does give some kind of feedback when the correct pitch is reached; however,
I can't remember what it says offhand. I'm a pianist/singer and therefore
haven't done much with Talking Tuner other than some brief experiments for a
guitarist friend.

	I currently use a Boss TU-80 that chirps when the correct pitch is
achieved. Does Talking Tuner do this?

Talking tuner is pretty good. So is tuner plus. What functionality do you
want exactly? If you want something that tells you how much to adjust go for
talking tuner. If you're just looking for something to give you reference
notes, get tuner plus. It also has notes for violin, viola, cello, banjo,
and. Few more. Hope this helps.
