Hi Cameron,
How do you do your training? Is it via skype or can it be done 
over the telephone? Sorry I'm old school.  Lol.
In terms of using itunes, I'm a JAWS user,, if that makes any 
difference.
I have windows 7 pc with the latest version of JAWS.  What is 
your email address? I do not have access to my address book since 
I'm using a loaner Braille note apex because mine had to be 
fixed.
