I can't answer your question.  I don't know the exact web site, 
but i think you should go there.  there are others for less money 
and fewer features that talk also.  You may be able to find the 
US phone number there too and call them.

I looked it up on amazon and it is available still.  However 
there is no
mention of it having any speech features.  Is this still true?
