Its pretty simple, My last name is Kociaba and I am and have been in the
fitness business most of my life.
If you have a bit of time check out my website www.kociaba-fitness.com   a
bunch of podcasts I did as well as some blog posts and a little bio of
myself.  The site has been pretty inactive for the past year as I have been
focusing on in person fitness training rather than the online thing.
I would love to hear some of your music so its up to you either send me some
attachments directly or post to the list...I am sure there are others who
would enjoy hearing your work.

Hi all,

My name is Bill Kociaba and I am an on and off sax player in south florida.

Been a while since I played seriously and thought I might find some
motivation in this group.

I have a quick question for anyone out there.  Wondering which if any
metronome ap for the I phone is the most accessable and user friendly.

Also if there is apitch generating ap that's simple to use would be helpful
