[MusicTlk] Accessible Metronome apps

I already had Tempo Perfect on my phone, which I still like to this day, but realized that it was quickly going outdated. The app developer did not keep the app up to date or something. I’ve just downloaded SmartMetronome and sounds equally accessible.
