You can always try opening the file with a music notation editor but it won’t be reliable at all. Also depending on the complexity of what you are learning you might find that sometimes it’s not even clear which hand is playing what… Sometimes the left-hand might be playing higher than the right-hand etc. In the end the only reliable way to read a piano score is to get it in braille or in electronic format so that you can read it using Dancing Dots software or similar products.
You can also ask somebody to record each hand individually for you but that’s a completely different story. Some people learn well that way and some don’t.
