Hi Linda,
I will be getting with a friend of mine this week and we are going to go
over what options we might have.
Looks like there are a lot of ways one can go. I am hoping to find a way
so that people can listen to it for free but if they want to download it to
have a copy for there music library or what ever that they can purchase it
to down load. I might look at an option that allows the purchaser to name
there own price, that way if someone wants to only pay 25 or 50 cents, that
is just fine but if a friend or family member or who ever wants to help me
out a little more they can pay a little more. I might suggest $1.00 if
someone has no idea what would be reasonable for a single download.

I am not looking to make a killing on this song on line but would like to
get at least a little something.
One last thought, My Wife was diagnosed with Dementia and had to be
transitioned to a memory care centre an hour away from hear so I
thought that for those that know this and wish to help out with
transportation costs, I could use it to help to raise funds for that.

thoughts on all this rambling?
Robert

Hi Marion,

Yes, NFBNET lists can receive attachments. However, I asked that
attachments not be sent to this list because many use Braille
notetakers which bring in email more slowly, and attachments take
a very long time.

Listers, if you can read the CC field in the header of list
emails, the sender's address will be there. Robert, let us know
when and how the song will be made available.

Thanks.

Blessings,

Linda

Robert,

I believe we are able to send attachments to NFBNET lists.
One way
you could share it with others is for them to send you an
off-list message
requesting the song and you reply with it attached. Another way
is to
subscribe to Distrokid, a music store that consolidates music to
Apple
iTunes and other services. There is a small annual fee for this
but it is
very small. I would like to hear your song and would be open to
offering
some constructive criticism.

Fraternally yours,
Marion

Hi,

I have done the copyright registration for my song and would like
to make it
available to listen to. What are some options?

Is it possible to have it set up where a person could listen to
it for free
but if they wanted to download it they would have the option of
purchasing
it? I think I also have heard of a thing where you could put
something on
you tube and you could get paid depending on how many clicks your
video got.
Anyone know anything about that one?

I would like to share it with the group but at this point I do
not have any
way to provide a link to anywhere you could

Listen to it since it is not yet on line. What options would I
have for
sharing it with this group? If I am not

mistaken, I can not send an attachment.

Robert
