Charlie,
If you would like some help with Reaper, feel free to give me a call. My contact information is below my signature. The Reapers without Peepers (RWP) list still exists and I am on it. I thought I saw you there, too! In any case, here is the boiler plate from the bottom of the messages sent by the list:
Useful links:
Download Reaper from https://www.reaper.fm/download.php
OSARA: Open Source Accessibility for the Reaper Application lives at https://osara.reaperaccessibility.com(good people read ReadMe's).
SWS (a handy set of extensions that make Reaper even smarter) can be found at http://www.sws-extension.org/
For audio tutorials, and a stellar effort to document Reaper related stuff from a blindness perspective, check out www.reaperaccessibility.com (contributions welcome).
Bugs and requests specific to OSARA should be filed at https://www.github.com/jcsteh/osara. For the other kinds, consult your doctor.
To post to the list, email rwp at bluegrasspals.com

Thanks Steve, I will look it up. Reaper is still driving me nuts. I wonder now if Sonar would be Better when using Jaws... If my vision was better Reaper would not be such a challenge but when you add a screen reader to the mix, the difficulty goes up exponentially.

Charlie,
If you are still looking for a Reaper mailing list, a few years ago I was subscribed to a mailing list for visually impaired Reaper users called, “Reapers Without Peepers.”
Have been away from the list for several years, and have no idea if the list is still called this, but I would imagine there is some form of this list still around.
