 First of all, congratulations on the harp lessons! I think learning an instrument  is a glorious adventure. I  use an iPhone with voiceover. The ap  I like is called Talking Tuner. I think it should do what you want. Good luck to you and I hope you keep us posted on how things go. If you live in Utah, it would be fun to get together and play duets. Flute and harp sound beautiful together.
