[MusicTlk] FYI: IBOS MusicXML Reader

I've gotten as far as installing it and making the JFW configuration
per the installation instructions. I don't have Sibelius on this
machine, but understand that the MusicXMLReader will work directly
with the program if any editing needs to be done.

I'm going to try putting it on my Win7 system--it uses JFW13.

I'll also write to ask which version(s) of Sibelius it works with. I
know that there are scripts for Sib5, and that's what I'm using with
Win7. But those don't work with Win10, so I'd be curious to get more
info.
