I believe the Braille score to all parts of the Messiah is available from NLS. There are certainly individual voice part recordings which can be found online. Try looking up something like "Handel's Messiah tenor part" on YouTube. You may want to search for the specific song you are looking for to narrow your search. I have a CD something with individual part recordings of the Messiah, though I think it only has the baritone part. Hope this helps!
