[MusicTlk] Is there a way to slow a YouTube music video down?

Tara,

First, record it on your fastest speed on the victor. Then, slow it to the
slowest speed to play it back. Then, record it onto another device, such as,
an old cassette recorder or another victor or whatever you can borrow. Then,
rerecord the piece on your Victor at its fastest speed and start slowing it
down again. Repeat till desired speed is reached.
