[MusicTlk] Is there a way to slow a YouTube music video down?

If you're using JAWS, disable the Virtual Cursor (Insert+Z) while the 
video is playing on YouTube and use Shift+Comma (<) to slow down or 
Shift+Period (>) to speed up.
