Don,

I would be willing to help you out a bit getting started with
Reaper. I have been using it for about five years and am pretty good with
the basics, as I am a purist when it comes to music, preferring live
acoustic instruments over MIDI and other plugings. Feel free to write to me
off-list at

Peace!

Subject: [MusicTlk] computer recording software instruction

Hello,

I use the following sound recording and editing software:

Goldwave

Audacity

Reaper

I have found much old training from a user known as "startbutton" I am able
to use this software fairly successfully. This software does not do multi
track recording which I want for music.

Audacity: I have struggled to use this software for years with minimal
success.

Reaper. Just downloaded the demo version and read the manual. I find the
instructions over my head. Too much referring to terms that are never
defined.

Anyone know a source, or a person, who can assist in training on using any
of the above programs.
