[MusicTlk] Reading PDF Sheet Music

MuseScore's import PDF feature relies on an open source OCR engine called
Audiveris, which isn't very good as far as I know. I personally bought the
music-to=-xml app from Musitek. https://www.musitek.com/music-to-xml.html
It's very accurate with scores that come out of notation programs, bt
scanned scores still need lots of fixes. Also, it seems to struggle with
time signature changes in that it doesn't recognize them very well, so you
still need a sighted person to fix errors before using something to convert
the resulting xml file into braille.
