I have an Android phone running Android 9, Android tablet running Android 8,
iPad Running latest iPad OS, Macbook Air running latest OS, and Windows
laptop running windows 10. I'd prefer an app as some youtube videos aren't
very descriptive.

Hi Shannon: Your question is good but you haven't given any
information about the device you are looking for apps on. There are
loads of youtube videos that offer tutorials of all sorts and most of
them are somewhat accessible. Then there is the NLS offerings which
provide both audio and braille lessons such as Bill Brown's piano and
guitar courses. If you're looking for phone apps then you need to
specify what type of phone you are using etc.
