Hello, I am a totally blind classically-oriented musician, so I can't speak
to large print specifically. Lime Lighter from Dancing Dots get recommended
for your type of situation a lot. However, for various reasons, I'm not so
sure it's the most practical solution, not least because of how expensive
it is. It's not as simple as slapping a piece of sheet music into the
program and having it magnified for you. There are a number of steps and
file format issues that make it less practical as far as I can tell, though
its magnification features are probably really good. I think there are less
expensive and more practical alternatives that can probably get you similar
results. Reading sheet music off tablets and using a page-turning pedal is
becoming increasingly more common in the mainstream world, and especially
with enlarged sheet music, page turns are going to be a much bigger concern.
