Hi Reinhard,
If you know the Braille music code, you can read them and memorize them. They are repetative, playing the exercises in all thirteen keys. Otherwise, you can listen to someone playing them and learn them by ear. That's what I did because they weren't available in Braille in the late 1970s when I was in college as a music major!
