This workshop explores the fundamentals of Braille Music, a notation system developed by Louis Braille that enables blind and visually impaired musicians to read and write music.
In celebration of 200 years of his contributions, we will examine its history, significance in music education and accessibility, structural differences from standard notation, and provide valuable educational resources for learning and teaching Braille Music.
