[MusicTlk] Decent accessible tuner for harp

Hi.  I've just joined this list.  I live in New Jersey, and I play the Irish
harp, which is smaller than the big orchestral pedal harp.  

I'd really like a decent accessible tuner to help me tune my harp.  I'm
using the Talking Tuner app on my phone, but it's not so great.  There are
notes it doesn't hear at all, and others where it says 3 different things
before I even make an adjustment.

Can anyone recommend something?

 

My sighted friends have electronic tuners and do the job bing bam boom.  Not
me.

 

On a whole other topic, I have quite a bit of braille music for Celtic harp,
and some for tin whistle.  I'm willing to share files with interested
people.
