[MusicTlk] Decent accessible editter for podcasting

Hello
Does anyone use Garage Band and find it accessible or friendly to independently navigate for the blind, especially for editting audio files. Garage Band doesn't seem very accessible, but I don't have much experience with it. I am a apple user Ipad and Iphone. I am trying to find the best option for editting audio files for a podcast I am creating. I am recording using Voice Memos. I want to delete the end of the audio that has voiceover talking as I end the recording and maybe add intro and outro music, but want the most accessible option or app. Thank you.
