[MusicTlk] Fwd: [Braille Music Chat] Join “Braille Music Chat” group on WhatsApp

I've just received this invitation to join a braille music chat group on 
whatsApp.  I think I'd like to join, but I hae no idea what this 
whatsApp is or how to join it.  It looks like it might be primarily for 
phones and you have to download an app to use it.  On the signup page it 
did offer a windows version.  I went to tht page and tried the download 
thing; but I just got two minutes of "music"; no instructions.  Is 
anyone familiar with this? Thanks.
