[MusicTlk] How to create an accessible practice chart

Dear collective wisdom! My daughter, a violinist, and I, a flutist, are having a 105 day practice competition. Does anyone know how I can create an accessible practice chart for myself? My daughter is sighted and drew one up on a piece of paper. It’s flat! Any tips  or ideas on how I can create a blind friendly practice chart would be great!!
