Good afternoon Arland,

If you are lucky enough to have an iPhone. TI does make a BA II 
calculator application for the iPhone. I have not used it. I also don't 
know if it was written with the Cocoa framework to make it fully 
accessible via VoiceOver, but I would be very surprised if it is not.
