[nabentre] an excited question from a fellow federationist and entrepreneur

What kinds of businesses are you interested in? I have been an independent
distributor for several companies over the years. I currently a Kat's
Coffees Representative and technically a KilambÉ Coffees Representative. I
refuse to sell KilambÉ Coffee products due to their complete lack of concern
that the entire back office went from accessible to completely inaccessible
in October 2014. Short version is that they have not fixed the problem even
though they said they would look into it and figure out how to fix it, they
ceased completely to keep me updated with things going on, and they do not
return my e-mails, and they threw me out of the Facebook group because I
objected to the back office being inaccessible. Worse yet, the Direct
Selling Association refuses to do anything about the problem even though
KilambÉ Coffee is in direct violation with the Code of Ethics as to the part
where it states basically that all materials and information must be able to
be accessed by all of the representatives. This particular company is going
to get sued by me as soon as money permits me to afford an attorney.

Hello Daniel. My name is Anita. I lived in Richmond a few years back but
moved to California in February of 2014.

I, too, have had my share of business deals that didn't go very well. It is
my desire to be an entrepreneur even though I've been through several--some
of which were much like the ones you talk about. For me--working from home
is preferrable and fits mo6e into my particular time of life. I am still
searching for the right business to begin and hope to get some ideas from
other successful people in this industry.
