Mailchimp just went through a redesign. I use to be able to use it, and I use it for my website, but with these new changes, I have to relearn it.

What I can't get my head around at the moment, is creating campaigns.  I know I can import from Word etc, but I can't get my head around the template language and dragging and dropping accessibly.

Mad Mimi or ConvertKit are accessible. I only have personal experience with ConvertKit. It's more expensive than Mad Mimi or Mail Chimp though.
