[nABEntre] Accessible Customer Relationship Management System?

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas for an accessible customer
relationship management system (CRM)?
I'm currently using Google Sheets, but I'm starting to get too many leads
to manage in Google Sheets. I would love a tool that would automate follow
up emails and keep track of previous interactions with clients.
I've tried Monday.com, and it was not accessible enough to use. I tried a
number of platforms, including Zoho and Salesforce five years ago,but only
Salesforce was accessible, and I would prefer to avoid Salesforce, as it's
extremely expensive.
Does anyone have any other CRM platforms they like to use?
