Signing a document and creating a document with accessibility, unfortunately seem to be too totally different beast. For example, I’ve not been able to excessively create a document using DocuSign, but I have no problem with signing documents created with this tool.
The best solution I have found for creating documents is a WordPress plug-in called WPE sign, which provides Full audit trails, including when a document is sent, viewed, and signed, and by who. for all of your documents and all you need to do is use the ad signature button in your WordPress document editor. It’s located in the toolbar when creating a new document. It’s not cheap, but it’s also not expensive either! Fairly comparable to what DocuSign or E-sign would cost.
Hope this helps.
