[nabop] Introduftion to the List

Ashley and everyone,

    Ashley, I worked as a customer care sales specialist at the Marriott 
Reservations Center in San Antonio from April, 2002 to September, 2007. 
Everyone there seemed very positive. There were about eight or nine blind 
representatives. Those of us who read Braille used JAWS. There were a few 
large print readers who used MAJIK. At the time, we used Merlin, the 
software for Marriott. Now, I think Marriott uses another type of software.
