It is true that not only doctors' offices but also other agencies are going 
the way of paperless documentation.  Instead of filing and sending 
hard-copy, they scan documents into an electronic filing system, and use 
e-mail to send those docs when they need to.  The catch is finding an 
employer whose system is screen-reader accessible.
