[nabop] Any update on transcription certification contract?

Hi Stephanie thanks for your message.  Two weeks ago I received 
an email from Tamara Rorie, the Braille Development Officer at 
the Library of Congress stating that they were finalizing the 
contract and the program was supposed to resume last week.  I did 
not receive any notifications stating that it resumed.  I will 
send another email to the Library of Congress and find out what 
is going on.
