[nabs-l] Serving Yourself Food

Usually I serve myself at family gatherings. The times where I don't is when
everyone else in my family is getting served by someone (ie a pot with soup
and it is easier to serve everyone from one spot). Other than that I serve
myself. I serve myself at buffets too and just have someone tell me what is
what.
