[nabs-l] Tips for DSS offices

I would like DSS offices to be as cool as the one here at FSU. They
work closely with people with disabilities, but the thing about this
office is that they don't have enough funding to do what they should
for the blind. I have nothing against DSS offices, but I can see
where some of you are going.
