[nabs-l] A common-since legislative idea

One time, years ago, I was buying some CDs at a music store. I paid with my 
credit card and was asked for my license. I told her I didn't have a 
license, just a state ID. She told me she needed to see my license, and if I 
didn't have one then I couldn't buy the CDs. I had to speak with the 
manager, and it did get resolved, but it was just rediculous!
