[nabs-l] Updating a webpage

We will probably need more information to be truely helpful.  If there is
some sort of content management system in place, it will be pretty sinple.
If you have to login to the server and change the code, it gets more
complicated.  I would talk to the site administrator about how to go about
doing updates and changes.
