Serena,

The college may be reluctant to give out lists of students in a class for 
privacy reasons.  They would distribute this without student consent wich 
may cause probablems.  If Rania wishes to contact students a better, more 
appropriate way is to announce the first day of class and have them contact 
her.  Another way to contact them is email the professor with the 
information and the professor send out the info to the class.

But asking the institution for a list of students is not very reasonable and 
as Rania said they would likely not disclose this information.
